Bynder is looking for a Customer Analytics Intern to join our Customer Insights team within the wider Revenue Operations department. The team is responsible for turning commercial and platform usage data into strategic insight — supporting board-level reporting, product strategy, and customer success decisions across the business. As an intern, you'll work closely with the Customer Insights Lead on analyses that inform how Bynder's leadership understands customer behavior, product adoption, and revenue growth.
About the role
What you will do:
- Validate, clean, and structure data from Salesforce, the Bynder platform, and other internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support ad hoc analyses requested by Sales, Customer Success, and other teams — surfacing customer, usage, and commercial trends that help the business understand the performance of key products and features
- Support efforts to understand and drive customer health, helping identify usage patterns and signals that indicate risk or opportunity across the customer base
- Maintain and improve a core set of dashboards that give key stakeholders reliable, on-demand access to the insights they need, whenever they need them
- Help maintain a clear, documented set of core metric definitions to improve data consistency, transparency, and trust across teams
- Support preparation of the Quarterly Insights Review — a forum bringing together stakeholders from Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Customer Success to review and discuss high-level customer and product trends
- Proactively flag data quality issues and suggest improvements to how metrics are tracked and reported
What you have:
