Join us as our Regenerative agriculture Data intern at Danone in Hoofddorp, NL, starting in January!

As a Regenerative agriculture Data intern, you will support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of farm-level data across multiple countries. Working closely with both global and local teams, you will help transform complex agricultural datasets into meaningful insights that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement within Danone's Regenerative Agriculture program. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills in an international and purpose-driven environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Support global and local teams with data collection guidelines, timelines and clarification related to regenerative agriculture metrics in dairy farms.
• Perform data quality checks, validation and consolidation of large farm-level datasets collected across multiple countries.
• Analyse agricultural and farm performance data to identify trends, benchmarks, best performers and improvement opportunities.
• Develop structured analyses and reports using Excel and contribute to dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making within the Regenerative Agriculture program.

About you

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.

You are:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree and in the final phase of your studies in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Passionate about working with data and using analysis to solve problems and generate valuable insights.
• Comfortable with data consolidation and analysis, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a helicopter view and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with both local and global teams.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently in a complex, international environment.
• A fast learner, proactive, and motivated by continuous challenges and opportunities to grow.
• Interested in agriculture, sustainability, and food systems; knowledge of dairy farming or agricultural practices is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Available to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
