As a Data Analyst within Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R) you play a key role in a data-driven way of working. Your work

You bridge the gap between business needs and data opportunities. By translating complex datasets into meaningful insights, you enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and strengthen the control and oversight of FR&R portfolios. By working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT colleagues, you contribute to building a robust data environment that supports strategic ambitions and risk management objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards for FR&R portfolios.
  • Conduct portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Present analytical insights and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders, tailoring communication to different levels of seniority and business functions.
  • Support stakeholders in effectively using dashboards and insights to drive better business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions and data specifications.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for data innovation, automation, and process improvement.

Working environment

You will join the Change, Control & Monitoring (CC&M) team within FR&R, a multidisciplinary team of around 15 professionals focused on reporting, analytics, change initiatives, and data enablement. We combine deep expertise and knowledge with a strong collaborative mindset. Together, we help client-facing teams successfully implement change and leverage data-driven insights to increase impact. We value open communication, ownership, learning, and teamwork, while maintaining an enjoyable and supportive working environment.

FR&R operates in a dynamic landscape with a wide range of stakeholders, including business lines, regulators, and external advisors. In this environment, reliable insights and effective risk management are critical to supporting both clients and the bank's strategic objectives.

Your profile

You enjoy working at the intersection of data and business and are passionate about turning complex information into clear, meaningful insights. You take ownership of your work, are naturally curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Power BI and data analytics.
  • PL-300 certification (required).
  • Affinity with financial services and/or risk management.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Plus: experience with Power Automate, SQL or Databricks.
