Every day, threat actors target financial institutions with increasingly sophisticated attacks. Our mission is to stay ahead of them by building intelligent automation that helps incident response team with rapid detect and respond. Therefore, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the team developing our Security Incident Response Automation Platform, the technology that powers our CISO Cyber Defense Security Operations Center (SOC). Your job

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and continuously evolve the platform infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision for security incident response automation.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, secure, and automated software delivery across the platform.
  • Enhance observability across platform services by improving logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance insights.
  • Proactively monitor platform health, reliability, and operational performance, driving continuous improvements and operational excellence.
  • Embed security into every layer of the platform, implementing best practices and controls that help protect critical banking services and customer data.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, security analysts, and platform specialists to deliver resilient and impactful solutions.
  • Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
  • Take ownership of technical challenges from design through production, helping build a platform that enables our defenders to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Your work will directly contribute to our mission of protecting customers, defending critical financial infrastructure, and empowering security teams to outpace increasingly sophisticated threat actors.

Your profile

We're looking for a passionate software engineer who loves building great technology, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You are naturally curious, eager to explore emerging technologies, and excited to apply innovations such as cloud-native platforms, AI, machine learning, and automation to solve real-world problems. You combine a strong engineering foundation with a hands-on mindset, enjoy turning concepts into production-ready solutions, and thrive in an environment that encourages learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Beyond technical excellence, you enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a mission that helps protect customers and critical financial services from evolving cyber threats.

We are looking for someone with following skills:

  • 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering positions
  • Good understanding of async event driven microservice design patterns and corresponding infrastructure architectures with strong practical experience of implementing them in Azure
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Azure Kubernetes
  • Practical experience with managing Azure IaaC with Terraform, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Monitoring
  • Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, PowerShell, bash
