About the Role

We are looking for a Networking Systems Engineer to join our Presales team and support customers in designing and adopting modern networking solutions.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with Account Managers, partners, and customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into innovative networking solutions. You will act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating the value of our portfolio and helping customers make informed technology decisions.

A key focus of this role is supporting customers with networking architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead during the pre-sales process for networking opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and present end-to-end networking solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise in Routing & Switching, Datacenter Networking, and enterprise networking solutions.
• Deliver customer presentations, workshops, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Demonstrate network management platforms and associated technologies.
• Work closely with Account Managers and partners to support complex sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the solution design and evaluation process.
• Translate technical requirements into customer-focused business outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive technologies, and networking innovations.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a Presales, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or Solution Architect role.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience with Routing & Switching and/or Datacenter Networking.
• Knowledge of Juniper technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to design and communicate complex technical solutions.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to support the sales process.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Language Skills

Preferred

• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Candidates with strong Routing & Switching expertise may be considered if they are English-speaking only.
