We’ve taken on a great challenge: To reinvent the office furniture industry. Our vision is to integrate circularity into the workplace of the future and demonstrate how it can benefit individuals, design, business practices, and the environment.

How we will achieve this: Our fully integrated service covers everything from initial workspace design and installation to adapting layouts and the repair and replacement of all our “better-than-new” pieces. All this ensures a workspace continuously maximises its impact without compromising its benefits for people, business, or the planet.

Who we are: NORNORM is a start-up backed by one of the largest players in the furnishing industry. We are developing a sustainable, subscription-based solution for furnishing future workplaces and have started rolling out our service across Europe.

We are looking for: Ambitious and flexible candidates who want to grow with us and are not afraid to explore the outer edges of their capabilities. In return, we offer a fast-paced environment where initiative and willingness to take risks are encouraged and supported.

Customer Team Coordinator - BeNeLux & France

We are looking for a Customer Team Coordinator to join our Customer Team for an exciting and developing experience in our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will become a vital part of the team and support implementations and customer relations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Customer Team with flexible services, for example advising customers who require functional changes to the installed design solutions.
  • Assisting the Customer Team in customer outreach prioritization, mapping our customer portfolio, and supporting outreach activities.
  • Supporting the Customer Team with daily administrative tasks in our CRM systems.
  • On the short-to-medium term, taking on new customer accounts and managing them end-to-end, with a strong focus on retention and increasing revenue per customer.

You will also be expected to:

  • Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Identify improvements in our ways of working.
  • Support, where needed, on other tasks including marketing and event initiatives, project installations, and ongoing development initiatives.

About you:

You are recently graduated, ideally with a background in business, law, hospitality and/or spatial design.

You are already based in Amsterdam or within commuting range from Amsterdam, and you speak Dutch fluently; both are non-negotiable.

You thrive in a startup with a fast-paced environment and enjoy using your problem-solving skills when facing challenges.

In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:

  • A can-do mentality and proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persistence and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is a hard requirement
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Interest in office space design and circular business models would be an advantage
  • While previous experience is not required, any prior experience in a client-facing role will be considered an advantage

Additionally, we are seeking someone who is highly organized and structured in their approach to work, as this quality is essential for success in this role.

What we offer you:

  • A challenging role at a fast-growing company, with room for personal and professional development.
  • Responsibility from Day 1 in an ambitious and sustainable high-growth start-up.
  • Access to our modern office in Amsterdam.
  • An experienced and diverse team, including serial entrepreneurs, furnishing industry experts, creative designers, logistics specialists, and former management consultants.
  • Competitive salary for a junior / entry-level role: €3000 gross (excluding 8% holiday allowance) plus a team-based bonus scheme.

If you are driven, determined and want to grow within an exciting startup, this role is for you.

If you could stream furniture, we would be it.
