We're looking for an experienced Associate Director, OE Continuous Improvement Lead to lead the global Continuous Improvement Culture & Capability pillar within our One Operational Excellence (One OE) System.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how leaders and teams across our manufacturing network develop Lean capabilities, embrace coaching behaviours and build a high-performance, continuous improvement culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and evolve the global CI Culture & Capability pillar within the One OE System.
  • Develop enterprise-wide learning pathways, capability frameworks and coaching approaches.
  • Champion Lean methodologies including Kaizen, PDCA, Hoisin, Value Stream Mapping and performance routines.
  • Build leadership capability by coaching senior leaders and helping teams move from firefighting to structured problem solving.
  • Design and deploy global train-the-trainer programmes and capability-building solutions.
  • Embed coaching, servant leadership and continuous improvement behaviours across the organisation.
  • Create systems for best-practice sharing, learning and capability development across markets.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable cultural and performance transformation.
  • Lead large-scale cultural transformation and help leaders move from firefighting to structured problem solving, coaching and sustainable performance improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing transformation or organisational capability development.
  • Proven success leading large-scale Lean or culture transformation programmes across multiple sites, regions or countries.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean management systems, coaching, problem solving and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing capability frameworks, learning programmes and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across complex matrix organisations.
  • A passion for developing people, building capability and creating lasting cultural change.
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable.
  • Coaching, facilitation or leadership development certification advantageous.
  • TPM, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or equivalent OE system experience beneficial.
