We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Controller to join our global procurement business control team. In this role, you will support day-to-day business controlling activities and act as a trusted finance partner for our procurement organization. You will provide clear financial insights, accurate reporting and a strong connection between procurement and other finance teams, such as Finance Transformation, Accounts Payable and Business Finance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational detail and the bigger picture. You are comfortable working with data, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and escalating topics when needed. You will help bring transparency to procurement performance, cost movements and savings opportunities across the organization.

The role

As Procurement Controller, you will be part of the global procurement business control team and report to the Global Procurement Controller. You will work closely with procurement stakeholders and finance colleagues across the organization to support budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis and reporting.

You will act as a first point of contact for procurement’s finance-related operational questions and help connect the right teams to solve issues effectively. By combining financial analysis with business partnering, you will contribute to better procurement decisions, improved cost transparency and consistent reporting standards.

What you’ll do

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for procurement-related activities, including landed-cost-price impact.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support procurement performance and decision-making.
  • Act as a finance business partner for procurement stakeholders and support them with operational finance questions.
  • Connect procurement with other finance functions, including Finance Transformation, Accounts Payable and Business Finance.
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify trends, risks and savings opportunities.
  • Track and analyse procurement cost movements and assess their financial impact.
  • Support consistency and transparency in savings methodology and reporting.
  • Safeguard compliance with internal finance policies, procurement guidelines and global standards.
  • Escalate complex issues, risks or stakeholder conflicts to the Global Procurement Controller when needed.

What you bring

  • A degree in Finance, Business Control, Economics or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Business Partnering.
  • Experience with Procurement or Supply Chain is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both in detail and at a holistic level.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect procurement, finance and other stakeholders.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness and the ability to build relationships across cultures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English language skills.
