Technology sits at the heart of modern life sciences. In LS DDIT Marketing & Sales, we drive innovation, automation, and a suite of solutions that create strong business value. As the IT Project Delivery Manager for Marketing and Sales Technology, you’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and CRM programmes, including ERP integrations with Salesforce, marketing automation, and eCommerce (B2B and B2C). You’ll shape delivery governance, manage budgets and roadmaps, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure every project is on time, within scope, and of the highest quality.

This role suits someone who thrives at the crossroads of technology, business strategy, as well as cross-functional and global collaboration.

You are ready to make a measurable impact on our Life Science business outcomes.

The Role

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who prioritizes effectively, makes sound decisions, and delivers results in a complex, global environment with minimal supervision.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record delivering IT projects/programmes, ideally involving ERP implementations and integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA), with exposure to SAP SD, MM, and enterprise integration architectures.
  • Experience leading projects with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches, overseeing scope, governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience coordinating testing and deployment activities (UAT, cutover planning, data reconciliation, transition to operations, post-go-live support).
  • Familiarity with security, privacy, and data governance in regulated environments.
  • Salesforce exposure and related commercial processes are advantageous.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
