The role

As our HR Operations Manager Benelux, you play a critical role in overseeing HR operational service delivery across the Benelux region, ensuring compliance, data integrity, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle while partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

You will be reporting to Director, HR Operations France & Benelux, and you will manage:

  • Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, and benefits systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and other HR platforms.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve HR operational procedures and controls.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks, and service gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and data quality.
  • Ensure HR operations processes comply with local labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate audit preparation activities and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Benefits & Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs, including transportation allowances, pension plans, insurance programs, and other local benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers to ensure service delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefits-related matters and support resolution of complex employee cases.
  • Lead and support HR transformation initiatives, including process standardization, system implementations, organizational changes, and vendor transitions.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, external vendors, managers, employees, and the Shared Service Center to ensure seamless service delivery.

You are a Coty fit

As an HR Operations professional with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll governance, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to operate autonomously while managing competing priorities.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR Operations experience, ideally supporting the Benelux region within a complex, international, and matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll governance, benefits administration, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support decision-making.
