Senior Product Marketing Manager

At Sendcloud, the Senior Product Marketing Manager owns the strategy, story, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for the company’s products across markets. In this role, you will turn customer and market insights into sharp positioning, build GTM plans for launches and expansions, enable Sales with competitive intelligence and high-impact tools, and use data and AI to accelerate research, messaging, and enablement while helping shape the next generation of AI-powered product marketing workflows at Sendcloud.

🧐 The Role

• Own the strategy, story, and go-to-market for Sendcloud's products.
• Turn customer and market insights into sharp positioning, and build GTM plans for launches and expansions.
• Enable Sales with competitive intel and high-impact tools, translating complex product capabilities into clear messaging.
• Use AI to accelerate research, messaging, and enablement, helping shape next-generation AI-powered product marketing workflows at Sendcloud.

🎯 What you'll do

• Conduct customer, product, and market research using both traditional methods and AI-powered tools to uncover trends, use cases, and competitive advantages.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, messaging, segmentation, and sales enablement, building AI-powered intel systems such as PMM knowledge bases or custom GPTs.
• Build and execute go-to-market plans for new features, market expansions, and campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Contribute to product strategy by sharing market insights and findings with product management.
• Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks — Jobs-To-Be-Done, Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles, and message maps — that other teams can build on.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to build competitive battlecards, sales plays, demo scripts, and training assets.
• Own end-to-end product launches, executing smoothly and with high impact alongside marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to measure campaign success, OKRs, ROI, and GTM impact.

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in an international B2B SaaS company.
• Skilled in customer, product, and market research, using both traditional and AI-powered methods.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate research, messaging, segmentation, and sales enablement.
• A strong track record building and executing go-to-market plans across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Able to translate complex, technical subjects into clear, compelling messaging and positioning.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to measure GTM impact.
