We’re looking for a motivated and structured intern to support our Global Marketing Planning & Operations team within Personal Health.

You’ll contribute to two key areas in our marketing organization: Business Region Planning (BRP) governance and Marketing Planning Excellence initiatives, including simplification and AI-enabled planning improvements.

You’ll work closely with senior managers responsible for global planning processes and gain hands-on exposure to how large, matrixed organizations align priorities, drive governance, and continuously improve ways of working.

Your role:

Business Region Planning (BRP) & Governance

  • Support the coordination and tracking of BRP milestones, deliverables, and action items across Businesses and Regions.
  • Help maintain and update planning templates, tracking files, and dashboards.
  • Assist in integrating CoE Frameworks and Category Toolboxes into the planning cycle.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders and prepare structured summaries.
  • Capture minutes and track follow-ups from planning meetings.

Marketing Planning Excellence & Simplification

  • Support the review and simplification of planning tools and templates to improve usability.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating Ways of Working (WoW) workshops, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and material support.
  • Conduct research on best practices in marketing planning, operating models, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Help test and document AI-enabled planning tools, such as BRP AI pilots, capturing user feedback and improvement ideas.
  • Support preparation of executive-ready presentations and structured materials.

Team & Project Support

  • Help manage planning documentation and ensure version control and accessibility.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track action items across initiatives.
  • Support internal communications related to planning updates and improvements.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You are studying towards your Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
  • You have an interest in marketing strategy, operations, governance, or business planning.
  • You have an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • You have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • You are comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Curiosity about AI and digital tools in business processes is a plus.

We offer you:

A non-stop growth opportunity within Marketing and Communication and within a global multinational company.

  • Housing compensation if you need to relocate near the office.
  • Travel compensation if you are not eligible for a free public transport card.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at the Philips shop.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
