We're looking for a DevOps Engineer for security assurance, who wants to be responsible for innovating, developing and maintaining solutions that support the security assurance activities within ABN AMRO.

Do you have a deep understanding of security, DevOps principles and Azure cloud services? Do you like to be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions for activities like vulnerability management, secure configuration, pentesting, red teaming and coordinated vulnerability disclosure? Your job

As a DevOps Engineer for security assurance, you are responsible for integrating solutions that support the security assurance activities within ABN AMRO. You feel at home in a technical environment. You have shown in the past that you are able to learn quickly and apply the learned skills immediately. You like to work together with other specialists, and you know from experience teamwork sets changes in motion. And that is what you want: getting things done.

Working environment

You will be part of the internal Security Assurance team within the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) of ABN AMRO in the Netherlands. Inside the team we work together in an informal way and we provide a lot of variety and opportunities to keep developing yourself. ABN AMRO is moving to an agile way of working where speed, productivity, agility and innovative power come first. For you as a DevOps Engineer, this means an interactive and inspiring way of working together across the team and with different departments of the bank.

Your profile

You take ownership of your own and team's delivery and have a proactive attitude. On top of that, you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to communicate and collaborate effectively. You're used to working in an Agile/Scrum environment. To be successful in this role, you need to recognize yourself in the following requirements as well:

• You have approximately 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience in a DevOps environment, meaning that you can design a solution, implement it, test it, and keep it operational;
• Demonstrable affinity with security aspects / securing IT infrastructure;
• Proficiency with Azure services;
• Experience with Python and Bash, mostly focused on automated deployment tooling like Azure DevOps;
• Experience with REST APIs;
• Knowledge and experience with containers such as Kubernetes, Helm and Docker, and Bicep templates for Azure infrastructure creation.
