This is Adyen

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, process-driven Senior Brand Enablement Manager to join our in-house creative team, the Studio.

In this role you will manage all resources that colleagues and external parties need to find and create on-brand assets. On the one hand, you own and maintain brand guidelines, design guidelines, and copy guidelines. On the other hand, you manage our collection of digital assets.

With that, your mission is to enable any team, agency, or AI agent to produce on-brand content in an efficient way. You turn our brand, creative guidelines, and digital assets into a living, breathing ecosystem, through scaling workflows, managing resources, and keeping all relevant parties up to date.

This role demands a high level of ownership, exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology to scale operational efficiency. You’ll report to the Head of Content & Design and closely work with the Head of Global Brand via a crucial dotted line relationship. In your day to day, you’ll collaborate with the Global Marketing Department, and partner with Regional & Local marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Governance

  • Ownership of all brand guidelines, rules & standards for Adyen’s creative output
  • Enablement of guidelines through education, templatizing, and tooling
  • Continuous curation of guidelines, adapting to local needs, media trends, and developing technology
  • First point of contact for inquiries regarding brand guidelines

Digital Asset Management

  • Categorization and curation of all available creative assets
  • Revision of uploaded assets
  • Answering DAM tooling related request from colleagues
  • DAM user management for internal and external parties

Creative Infrastructure

  • Revision of our creative tech stack in order to scale your solutions
  • Governance of our single sources of truth (guidelines & assets) from a tech enablement perspective; you make sure colleague’s agents and tools draw from right brand and creative sources

Experience & Background

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Brand Operations, or Design Operations, ideally within an international B2B or corporate environment
  • Systemic Thinker: You don't just distribute guidelines; you build the infrastructure that makes following them the path of least resistance
  • Tech & AI Savvy: Strong familiarity with modern creative tools, digital asset management tools, and a keen interest/experience in operationalizing AI tools
  • Matrix Navigation: Proven success working in a hybrid reporting structure, comfortably balancing execution metrics (Studio) with strategic alignment (Global Brand)

Skills & Core Competencies

  • You have a strong (internal) customer focus and know how to strike a balance between upholding standards (quality) and meeting customer needs (speed)
  • You’re familiar with creative processes and a have a knack for operational efficiency
  • You’re a change agent with a proven track record of rolling out new tools, DAM systems, or workflow processes across regional teams without friction
  • You’re data driven and whether it’s about tracking asset utilization, determining what guidelines need revision, or justifying an investment, you use figures for guidance
  • You’re an educator at heart and you know how to influence, persuade and sell your solutions internally
  • You’re adaptable, resilient, and know how to solve challenges in ambiguous situations and complex environments
