Job description

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise our B2B webshop and CRM experience across the Benelux, with a strong focus on key gifting moments. In this role, you will ensure our products, content, prices and stock are accurate and live on time, drive conversion and retention through strong day-to-day execution, and use performance data to identify improvement opportunities. You will coordinate closely with ecommerce, direct sales, CRM, operations and IT teams to deliver a smooth and on-brand customer experience. If you love combining commercial thinking with hands-on digital execution and want to contribute to a brand that is changing the chocolate industry, this role is for you. The position is part of the Ecommerce team and reports to the Direct Sales Manager.

What you will do

  • Coordinate gifting assortment launches: Manage the end-to-end setup of gifting products on the webshop, ensuring accuracy, timing and alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Optimise product visibility and merchandising: Drive conversion by positioning products based on performance insights, commercial goals and seasonal relevance.
  • Execute CRM campaigns: Build and optimise CRM flows and campaigns in collaboration with the CRM lead to maximise retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage pricing and promotions: Implement approved price changes and execute the promotional calendar, coordinating all required webshop updates on time.
  • Enhance the webshop experience: Create impactful product and mission content, support smooth navigation and checkout, and coordinate improvements with the global digital team.
  • Monitor performance and share insights: Track key webshop metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention), report on results and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate stock and operations: Maintain product listings, manage out-of-stock situations and align with operations and 3PL partners on availability and product data.

Our new flavor

  • Experience in ecommerce content management and online merchandising, ideally in a B2B, gifting or FMCG environment.
  • Hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns and a good understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing.
  • Comfortable working with performance data: you can track, report on and translate webshop metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimisation for product pages.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around pricing accuracy, product data and timely launches.
  • Excellent coordination skills: you manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and moving parts without losing track.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset: you spot improvement opportunities and follow through on them.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; quick to learn and adopt new technology.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities shift and you need to find a way.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and Dutch.
  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
  • Believe wholeheartedly in Tony's purpose. You live our core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar and makes you smile.
