Women Into Strategy is a two-part evening series by BCG, designed for Dutch-speaking female bachelor students who are early in their studies. No prior knowledge needed. No obligations. Just an honest look at a world that might be more relevant to you than you think.

What's in it for you?

You'll leave knowing what consultants actually do and whether it could be something for you. You'll hear from women already on this path what it really looks like and pick up practical tools for your studies: which experiences matter, which choices make a difference, and how to set yourself up well — whatever direction you ultimately choose.

The series

Session 1 — Explore (February 25)

What do consultants do, what kinds exist, and how does strategy consulting fit in the broader world of work? We get practical too: what can you do during your studies to build skills that matter later?

Session 2 — Go deeper (April 22)

A closer look at BCG specifically. Real projects, real clients, and an honest conversation about what it's actually like to work here — plus concrete next steps for staying connected while you finish your degree.

Who is this event for?

This event is designed for students who are in the early phase of their studies and are curious about strategy consulting.

• Bachelor students (primarily first- and second-year)
• Students studying in the Netherlands
• Dutch-speaking participants
