BCG is hitting the road again this year with our 'BCG is in Town' series and this time we're coming to Utrecht.
This evening is built around a real BCG Amsterdam publication: GenAI: The Path to a More Productive Public Sector in the Netherlands. Staff shortages and stagnating productivity are putting Dutch public services under pressure. BCG shows how large-scale GenAI deployment can unlock a productivity gain of 15-20%. But the technology is the easy part; implementation is where it gets hard.
We'll take you behind the scenes of how BCG approached this question: what the work actually looked like, which choices had to be made, and what role different backgrounds played in the team. After some content the evening closes with drinks and an informal networking session with our team where you can ask all your questions.
