Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the business unit within Stryker Europe and will support growth strategy across multiple business units and regions.
The Instruments Europe division consists of the following Business Units: Orthopaedics Instruments, Surgical Technologies, Neurosurgical, CMF, ENT and IVS and is expected to be a high growth business as new market opportunities are created and market share is gained. Within the instruments division, this commercial finance role supports various business units and regions and is key to defining and supporting the growth strategy of the business unit and region.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial aspects of the business unit and is expected to provide financial analysis and implement recommendations based on findings. This role reports to the Instruments Divisional Finance Director and offers opportunities for fast development in line with business growth.
This role requires a strong partnership with various stakeholders in a matrix organization, including divisional finance in the U.S., sales and marketing teams, as well as Stryker local finance, the Poland Finance Center and the Core FP&A team. In addition, this role provides the opportunity to collaborate cross-divisional.
