Schedule Distr. & Codeshare Analyst L3

Independently creating and realizing passenger connections, including determining codeshares, and distributing planned flight schedules in such a way that sales can take place as optimally as possible with the most current, correct, and complete data.

Wat ga je doen?

In this expert role, you will participate in projects to improve the processes that are fundamental to publishing the KLM Schedule using CSD/Aurora. You will determine the right codeshares using the Codeshare Analyse tool and MCT database, and improve the quality of HERO, the passenger rebooking tool used in case of schedule changes, working with ALTEA.

You will also be responsible for your own partner airline portfolio and play a leading role in synchronizing the publication of codeshares between partner airlines. In addition, you will manage the applicability of IATA standards within the KLM distribution system and support and advise the manager in meetings regarding improvements in work processes and their implementation, possibly by participating in project groups.

Waar land je?

You will be part of the Schedule Distribution & Codeshare Publication Team within the Network department. In cooperation with Network, Alliances, and partner airlines, you will work continuously to improve the value of codeshares. In cooperation with OC, PRM, and Network, you will work on distributing the KL Schedule and the rebooking of passengers within 14 days before departure.

Jouw profiel

You are able to identify and resolve flight data anomalies by analyzing internal and external schedule changes and translating them into actionable insights. You know how to motivate people, make decisions, and manage outcomes. You can handle difficult conversations, stay calm under pressure, and work until the job is done. You feel responsible for shared goals, focus on teamwork, and are a fast learner of IT systems with an eye for efficiency. This is not always a 9-to-5 job, and accuracy is essential.

Furthermore:

• You have at least a completed HBO degree;
• Extensive experience working in projects in an analytical role;
• Knowledge of and work experience with CSD/Aurora;
• Knowledge of Altea is a must, as well as knowledge of IATA standards within the KLM distribution system;
• You are an energetic team player and a goal-oriented person;
• Experience working with MCT and SSIM;
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
