As Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, in charge of Global deployment. The key objective of this internship role is to monitor, analyze, and prevent customer queries and complaints received from mainly internal Danone customers on a daily basis, to plan and replenish stock for a few countries in scope, and to be a key actor in several core processes within the team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Consolidating customer complaints from deployment.
• Analyzing cases, identifying root causes, corrective and preventative actions, and communicating back to customers.
• Using system tools to track historical cases to prevent future complaints and drive process standardization, including ensuring accuracy of inputs from customers.
• Supporting specific customer deployment planning activities alongside peer planners.
• Actively planning one or a few countries within scope.
• Managing and supporting sample requests, TTS management, and scrapping processes.
• Consolidating and analyzing key KPIs (CFR / Open orders / WO).
• Supporting and contributing to weekly reviews with Sales Unites.

During your internship, you will be closely supervised by Haoyao Chen. You will join an energetic and international team in charge of deploying stocks from the global distribution center, with about 2000 SKUs going to 80+ countries and representing 25% of the SNU net sales.

About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or related fields.

You have a strong curiosity to further understand end-to-end Supply Chain, including processes, stakeholders, and operations. You communicate openly and flexibly with various functions and stakeholder levels. You pay attention to detail in fact finding, root cause analysis, building preventive actions, and planning activities. You have a passion for driving and solving business challenges. You can demonstrate good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.

In addition, you must meet the following requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in September/October for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Able to work from the Zoetermeer office 2 times per week.
