Your new job | About your main responsibilities

Global Mobility is an effective instrument for multinational clients as both a talent development tool and a workforce incentive. It helps businesses place the right talent with the right capabilities in the right place at the right time. In the international relocation of employees, people play a crucial role. You provide the human touch, put your client and international mobile employee first, and are able to manage all the small aspects of international relocations for clients.

With your interest in international movements and HR, you work as part of a dedicated team through both operational delivery and proactive collaboration with clients. You help ensure the best global mobility experience for both clients and their international mobile employees.

As Consultant Mobility Talent Operate you will:

• Work together with various colleagues on providing global mobility HR support to clients, covering the preparation of assignment documentation such as balance sheets as well as managing relocation cases on behalf of clients.
• Connect with clients’ international employees.
• Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, including briefing with assignees.
• Coordinate third-party vendors like relocation companies and housing agencies.
• Create and review assignment-related documentation.
• Manage monthly payroll cycles, planning ahead and informing the team in a timely manner in case of glitches.

Within the PAS Mobility department, EY advises large international companies on cross-border labor and the applicable laws and regulations regarding income tax, social security, insurance, and related matters. The team helps international organizations with their global mobility programs and the tax implications for their employees. Clients include listed companies, multinationals, family businesses, and nonprofit institutions.

• An academic background with International HR experience.
• Experience in working within high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of numbers and eagerness to understand calculations and payroll documents.
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, and preferably also Dutch.
• A growth-oriented and ambitious mindset, keen to make an impact.
• Critical analysis of project delivery to determine success factors and learnings.
• Project and program management methods and techniques.
