Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves creating opportunities, winning new business, and building strategic partnerships with our Focus Partners?

As a Partner Sales Executive, you will develop new business within a dedicated territory in the Netherlands. Working closely with Mendix's strategic Focus Partners, you'll build pipeline, win new customers, and help organizations accelerate their digital transformation with our Agentic Low-Code platform.

You will have a dedicated territory, giving you the ownership and autonomy to develop creative sales initiatives and build lasting relationships with both partners and customers. At Mendix, your ideas matter, initiative is encouraged, and success is celebrated.

In the role of Partner Sales Executive you'll:

• Develop new business opportunities within your dedicated territory.
• Build trusted relationships and joint business plans with Mendix's strategic Focus Partners.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities together with partners.
• Build executive relationships within target accounts and guide complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Launch joint sales and marketing initiatives that generate measurable pipeline.
• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new business.
• Collaborate with Partner Management, Solution Architects, and Marketing to maximize partner engagement and accelerate new business.

What you'll achieve in your first year:

• Build a healthy pipeline within your dedicated territory.
• Win new logo customers together with our Focus Partners.
• Execute successful partner campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
• Consistently achieve your commercial targets, supported by a realistic ramp-up period.
• Become a trusted commercial advisor for both customers and partners.

You're the innovator we need if you have:

• 3+ years of successful software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex B2B or enterprise sales opportunities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Creativity, perseverance, and a genuine "can-do" attitude.
• A coachable mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• A strong closing mentality and the drive to win.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A background in software delivery or digital transformation is a plus.
