Do you thrive at the intersection of business, data governance, and data architecture? Are you passionate about helping business teams turn data into trusted insights and better decisions? Then this role in our Data Management Office (DMO) might be exactly what you are looking for.

As a Data Management Consultant, you help Investment Management teams unlock the full value of their data. You act as the bridge between data management frameworks and daily practice, enabling stakeholders to effectively govern, manage, share, and use data to support business outcomes. You help ensure that data is discoverable, trusted, usable, and compliant, while making our data architecture, governance standards, and tooling work in practice, not just on paper.

Use your knowledge and experience for a job with real social impact: helping deliver a good pension for millions of people working in healthcare and welfare.

At PGGM, we recognise the critical role data plays in becoming the leading 3D (Risk, Return & Impact) investment manager for PFZW and its participants.

Jouw rol

Your role focuses on enabling business value through better data management. You help stakeholders understand, govern, and leverage data more effectively to support investment processes, analytics, reporting, and decision-making. Through advisory, coaching, metadata management, and governance support, you help ensure that data is managed as a strategic asset across Investment Management.

You will join a team of passionate data professionals with expertise in data architecture, governance & quality. As part of a team on a journey from self-organising to high-performing, you'll find both structure and the opportunity to shape how we work together and support the wider organisation.
