About your tasks

• Design scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.
• Transform complex business and regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
• Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies.
• Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and other emerging technologies to scale high-impact solutions.

About you

• You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager, or in a comparable product leadership role, with a proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured approach, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
• You are passionate about AI, automation, and intelligent workflow systems, with hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve real business challenges and accelerate product innovation.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of German, and you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, travelling regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum approximately once per month.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries and familiarity with the European healthcare market are a strong advantage.
