Business Analyst Sourcing Excellence

At Mediq Group, we are looking for a Business Analyst Sourcing to strengthen our Group Sourcing Excellence team.

In this role, you will collect, analyze and present sourcing data from all Mediq countries, enabling our Category Sourcing Directors to make informed strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across 14 countries and become a trusted business partner within our international sourcing organization.

What will you do?

As a Business Analyst Sourcing, you are responsible for gathering, consolidating and analyzing sourcing and procurement data from across the Mediq Group. You transform complex datasets into clear dashboards, reports and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, consolidating and analyzing sourcing and spend data from Mediq's 14 operating countries.
• Developing dashboards, reports and management information to support business decisions.
• Translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the Category Sourcing Directors.
• Identifying trends, opportunities and risks across product categories, suppliers and sourcing activities.
• Supporting category reviews, sourcing strategies and business cases with robust data analysis.
• Working closely with the Category Sourcing Directors, local sourcing teams, Finance and other international stakeholders.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and standardization across countries.
• Contributing to the further development of reporting, analytics and data-driven decision making within Group Sourcing.

You are analytical, curious and able to connect data with business needs. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different countries and know how to present complex information in a simple and compelling way.

You also have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
