What We Ask

  • 4+ years of experience in accounting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in internal control and financial reporting, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience with SAP/BW, Spotfire BI, and Oracle HFM is preferred.
  • The capability to challenge commercial assumptions, address deviations, and drive corrective actions.
  • Strong ability to build effective working relationships across boundaries and functions.
  • Able to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance.

Vacancy Description

  • Manage financial plans, execute month-end closing activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes, create RACI matrixes, and drive operational excellence.
  • Dive deep into data analysis for cash visibility and budget management. Enhance project management tools and maximize the use of existing data and analytics resources.
  • Lead change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment. Generate insightful reports, provide strategic advice, and ensure action follow-ups.
  • Manage financial accounting for Capex projects, oversee the indirect purchasing process via Coupa, coordinate the internal control cycle, and ensure accurate depreciation and valuation of assets.
