  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating projects to implement these improvements.
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring projects in accordance with applicable procedures and quality standards.
  • Supporting the technical management of work vessels, including certifications, insurance, maintenance planning, and technical documentation.
  • Promoting effective collaboration between office departments and operational personnel.

What Are We Looking For?

To be successful in this role, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of problems.
  • Willingness to spend the first few weeks working alongside our operational teams to gain a solid understanding of our organization.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Independent, decisive, and capable of maintaining oversight when multiple priorities require attention simultaneously.

What Do We Offer?

  • A challenging and diverse role with a high level of responsibility.
  • The opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of an innovative and sustainable maritime operation.
  • Plenty of room for initiative and professional development.
  • An informal and entrepreneurial working environment where your ideas can truly be implemented.
  • Participation in our pension scheme.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract.
  • A well-provided lunch at the office and enjoyable company events.
