Job description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at LOGEX, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the network. LOGEX is at the forefront of healthcare analytics in Europe, transforming data into actionable insights to address the complex challenge of managing costs while improving clinical outcomes. Headquartered in Amsterdam, LOGEX has an international team of over 450 members, supporting over 1,000 public and private healthcare providers in making data-driven decisions that enhance patient outcomes and make quality care more affordable for everyone.

Your impact and responsibilities

Our solutions are widely used across Europe, with market shares ranging from 20% to 60% depending on the country. You will be instrumental in delivering real-world evidence to the eco healthcare system.

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on the life science sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities, working closely with business development managers in established clients.
  • Position LOGEX's leading-edge RWE observatories and healthcare solutions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Form strategic partnerships and manage client journeys through contracts.

Your team

The Real-World Evidence division is growing and is in full swing. The team is primarily responsible for gaining insights into the use and effect of expensive drugs. In view of the aging population, a significant increase in drug use and new drugs is expected, making it essential to have a very clear picture of the exact effect of medicines. The insights and studies of the Real-World Evidence team offer a solution for this.

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong background in digital solutions selling and/or SaaS.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes and RFP frameworks.
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical sector (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in value selling and pipeline generation.
  • Excellent IT user skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

Why LOGEX?

Healthcare today is more tailored and more effective than ever before. However, with these improvements comes complexity. The burden of healthcare spending weighs heavily on economies, while the sheer number of options physicians and patients can choose from leads to uncertainty and unacceptable variations in clinical outcomes. At LOGEX, data analysis is used to help address today’s healthcare issues by turning data into better healthcare.

  • An excellent compensation package, including salary, holiday allowance, NS Business Card, and phone and internet allowance
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment, with the option to purchase additional days
  • An informal working environment with motivated colleagues
  • The possibility to work in a hybrid setup
  • A laptop and everything you need to set up a comfortable and ergonomic home office
  • Personal and professional development opportunities through the LOGEX Academy
  • Access to the mental health partner, OpenUp
  • Regular after-work drinks and many more social events
