Job description

At LOGEX, data is at the heart of better healthcare. Our clinical classifications, benchmarks, pathway definitions, and coding frameworks power the intelligence behind our Provider Analytics and Real-World Data solutions.

As Data Product Manager – Clinical Intelligence, you will own and grow these critical data assets. You will help build a unified clinical intelligence layer across Europe, enabling hospitals, researchers, and life sciences organisations to make better decisions based on trusted healthcare data.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence across Product, Data Engineering, Clinical Teams, and Real-World Data.

Your impact and responsibilities

Own the clinical intelligence roadmap

Define and prioritise the roadmap for clinical data assets, ensuring they support both Provider Analytics and Real-World Data products.

Build and expand proprietary data assets

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data sources. Develop new benchmarks, classifications, algorithms, and calculated data products that strengthen LOGEX’s competitive position.

Drive pan-European harmonisation

Bring together country-specific standards and methodologies into a scalable European framework while preserving local relevance where needed.

Unlock value from unstructured healthcare data

Help define how clinical notes, discharge summaries, laboratory results, and other unstructured data sources can be transformed into actionable intelligence.

Apply AI at scale

Use AI-driven approaches for classification, mapping, data extraction, validation, and quality control while defining appropriate governance and human review processes.

Ensure quality and governance

Set standards for ownership, versioning, quality, and change management to ensure clinical data assets remain trusted, accurate, and auditable.

Bridge provider and life sciences use cases

Ensure clinical intelligence assets create value across both hospital benchmarking solutions and Real-World Data products for pharmaceutical and healthcare industry customers.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the clinical intelligence roadmap.
  • Assess and improve the quality, coverage, and usability of existing data assets.
  • Identify and onboard new clinical data sources.
  • Develop clinical mappings, benchmarks, algorithms, and derived data assets.
  • Translate customer needs into data investment priorities.
  • Maintain and improve the Real-World Evidence Common Data Model (RWE CDM).
  • Harmonise healthcare classifications across multiple European markets.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to automate extraction, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Apply AI to classification, mapping, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Establish governance, ownership, and quality standards across all clinical data assets.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience working with clinical healthcare data, health analytics, health informatics, or data products.
  • Experience with clinical classifications, coding systems, benchmarks, or healthcare data models.
  • Knowledge of one or more healthcare standards such as DBC/DOT, DRG, HRG, ICD, SNOMED CT, LOINC, or OMOP.
  • Experience translating complex healthcare data into scalable products, benchmarks, or analytical assets.
  • Familiarity with Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare research, or life sciences environments.
  • Experience applying AI or advanced analytics to classification, mapping, validation, or data quality challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across clinical, product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Why LOGEX?
