The role partners with regional leaders to activate people and talent strategies that support business priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance the teammate experience.

As a trusted advisor, the HRBP brings regional insights to business and HR leaders, coaches leaders through change, and helps drive talent, culture, and organizational outcomes. Working closely with Global Business HR, GEO HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and People Solutions, this role ensures people strategies are aligned, locally relevant, and executed with excellence.

What you’ll work on

People & Talent Strategy

Translate business priorities into people plans that enable growth, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness. Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies for the region.

Organizational Effectiveness

Partner with leaders to strengthen organization design, team effectiveness, decision-making, and ways of working. Help leaders successfully land and sustain Converse's sharpened operating model.

Leadership Coaching

Provide coaching and counsel to regional leaders on talent, performance, change leadership, and team effectiveness. Act as a trusted thought partner and challenge leaders when needed to drive better outcomes.

Change & Culture

Support leaders through organizational change while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture. Use teammate insights to identify opportunities and drive meaningful action.

HR Ecosystem Leadership

Partner across Business HR, People Solutions, Employee Relations, Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to deliver integrated solutions and elevate the employee experience.
