Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you will focus on key Indirect Procurement categories: IT, Marketing, and Projects. You will shape supplier partnerships, run tenders, and create commercial agreements that support hotel operations. As part of a growing team in transition, you will bring fresh insights and help build the future of the function. What You’ll Do

  • Scan the market to find top-tier suppliers and build strong partnerships.
  • Negotiate strong commercial terms and work alongside Legal to embed them into contracts.
  • Run smooth and efficient tender processes from start to finish.
  • Oversee contracts, renewals, and re-letting across IT, Marketing, and Project categories.
  • Drive cost-efficiency initiatives by analyzing operational expenses while preserving quality and performance.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers to keep deliveries timely and quality high.
  • Support forward-thinking initiatives and sustainable programs that elevate guest experiences.

What You’ll Have

  • You bring around 8 years of procurement experience alongside a real passion for hospitality.
  • You have strong skills in drafting contract templates, reviewing agreements, and negotiating terms.
  • You bring hands-on proficiency with AI/LLM tools like Claude.
  • You have fluency in English, with Dutch, Spanish, or Italian considered a great plus.
  • You bring analytical strength, a cost-conscious mindset, and an eye for hotel operations.
  • You have a collaborative mindset, connecting dots quickly and sharing fresh insights with the team.
