Role overview

As Senior Creative Design Engineer, you'll join the Creative Engineering team across two studios in Eindhoven and The Hague. You will be responsible for delivering human-centered experiences and exploring multi-modal interactions, including physical, visual, haptic, spatial, audio, conversational, and gestural touchpoints. You’ll apply your experience and skills in electronics, mechanical engineering, and software to deliver experiences, prototypes, and products.

Together with researchers, designers, and engineers, you will quickly prototype ideas to provoke and provide feedback, which is a vital part of the central design thinking approach. Following that, you will guide the further steps of development toward implementation.

You will work on the development of new products for a wide variety of client challenges, combining the latest technology trends such as GenAI, AR, and robotics. The work spans both the Consumer and Professional Domain, with clients in kitchen appliances, the maritime industry, medical equipment, high-tech, utilities, and more.

Design at Accenture Industry X means operating in multi-disciplinary agile project teams and being involved right from the concept phase. You will co-create closely with UI/UX designers, run field tests, and have direct contact with clients. You’ll have a lot of creative freedom and are expected to take ownership of your work and find creative solutions.

At Accenture Industry X, you will work alongside disciplines including product design, UX design, strategy, design research, and project management.
