Job Description

The Medior PMO will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective programme governance, ensuring high-quality reporting, tracking delivery progress, and facilitating collaboration across stream leads, SMEs, and external stakeholders. The role will also support initiatives aimed at improving overall security maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the programme governance structure in collaboration with stream leads.
  • Prepare and coordinate the weekly reporting cycle, ensuring timely input is collected from stream leads.
  • Ensure transversal SMEs provide reporting at the appropriate level of detail for programme management and governance purposes.
  • Consolidate and structure reporting across workstreams into clear, actionable updates.
  • Track programme and workstream progress against the agreed plan, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify deviations, risks, dependencies, and delays, and escalate where needed.
  • Support stream leads in maintaining visibility on status and next steps.
  • Coordinate and review the monthly SteerCo pack to ensure it is accurate, consistent, concise, and decision-oriented.
  • Challenge inputs where necessary to improve quality, clarity, and completeness.
  • Ensure reporting reflects key achievements, risks, issues, decisions required, and overall programme health.
  • Prepare and send consolidated overall reporting to the external party responsible for all taskforces.
  • Ensure reporting is aligned, timely, and tailored to the expectations of external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and coordination sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Drive structured follow-up on actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Support and coordinate discussions aimed at improving security maturity across the programme or organisation.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project/programme coordination role.
  • Strong skills in reporting, governance, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work with stream leads, SMEs, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure reporting quality.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to follow up effectively on actions and deadlines.
  • Experience in security-related programmes or security maturity initiatives is a strong advantage.
