As our Food & Beverage Management Intern – October 2026, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team during one of the busiest and most exciting periods of the year. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, operational coordination, guest experience, and commercial activations while supporting the successful delivery of high-profile hotel and restaurant events.

This internship starts in October 2026 and offers full-time learning experience for a minimum of 5 months, aligned with your study requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of major seasonal events including ADE, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and other F&B activations
  • Assist the Food & Beverage leadership team in the operational delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event experiences
  • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, supplier communication, and operational preparations
  • Work closely with ARCA Restaurant & Bar teams to ensure smooth execution of special events and guest experiences
  • Support event set-up, service delivery, and post-event evaluation
  • Assist with guest communication, reservations, VIP experiences, and event enquiries
  • Monitor event quality standards and proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Support promotional activities and commercial initiatives linked to F&B events and activations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Events teams on event execution and guest engagement initiatives
  • Take ownership of event-related projects designed to improve operations, guest experiences, and commercial performance

Essential Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Events Management, or a related study programme
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for food, beverages, hospitality, and event experiences
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous hospitality, event, restaurant, or bar experience is advantageous
  • Strong interest in event operations, project management, and guest experience
  • Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and interest in driving event success
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Dutch or any additional language is an advantage

We provide a monthly internship allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses.
