Do you enjoy combining financial control with business partnering in an international environment? We are looking for a Financial Controller who combines strong accounting expertise with a proactive mindset and enjoys improving financial processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting corporate departments with valuable financial insights and contributing to the ongoing digital finance transformation.

What are you going to do?

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process for holding entities in Excel, SAP and SAP BPC in accordance with IFRS.
  • Act as a trusted finance business partner for Corporate functions including IT, Treasury, HR, Legal, Tax, Operations and R&D.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, variance analyses and financial reporting for management, stakeholder and auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization and continuous improvement.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Financial Control, Reporting or Accounting within an international environment or accountancy.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Financial Control and Reporting; experience with SAP ERP and SAP BPC is an advantage.
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proactive business partner with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
