Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Project Leader in its Tech & Digital Advantage practice to drive technology and digital transformation strategies for clients.

BCG’s Tech and Digital practice focuses on helping clients deliver competitive advantage and superior business performance through data, technology, and digital. Consultants and experts work across industries and bring expertise in Digital Transformation, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale, Agile, Cybersecurity, and Digitizing the Tech Function.

What You'll Do

Working closely with senior client leaders, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges, shape transformation agendas, and deliver measurable impact across strategy, technology, and execution.

  • Lead client teams in defining and delivering technology, AI, and ERP transformation strategies across industries.
  • Advise senior executives on ERP modernization, including SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, and next-generation enterprise platforms.
  • Shape transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans for large-scale programs.
  • Drive end-to-end ERP-enabled business transformations by connecting technology, operating model, processes, data, and AI capabilities.
  • Bridge business objectives and technology solutions, translating complex challenges into practical, scalable outcomes.
  • Lead problem solving, analysis, and client recommendations while building trusted relationships with senior executives.
  • Coach and develop consulting teams, fostering high performance, apprenticeship, and an inclusive team environment.
  • Contribute to the growth of BCG’s Tech & Digital Advantage practice through thought leadership, capability building, and business development.

What You'll Bring

  • 6–15 years of experience in management consulting or in technology, digital, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP solutions.
  • Experience applying AI, generative AI, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies to improve enterprise processes and business performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders across complex transformation initiatives.
  • Outstanding academic achievement, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
