Within Corporate Broking & Issuer Services, we are seeking an intern to help develop innovative digital and IT solutions for publicly listed clients in North Western Europe. The team provides issuer services and advisory support with the aim of being a trusted advisor to clients.

Your job

Corporate Broking & Issuer Services is a dynamic team mainly focused on offering issuer services to publicly listed clients in North Western Europe. This includes assisting companies with their first listing on Euronext (IPO), mergers, Annual General Meetings, Dividend/Coupon/Redemption payments, and shareholder identification.

You will be responsible for assisting the team with day-to-day activities, with a key focus on the various IT tools offered to publicly listed clients. You will build the bridge between IT and the business with a result-oriented client focus. Furthermore, you will look at the automation of various processes.

The department Corporate Broking & Issuer Services is part of the market-leading Equity Capital Markets team in the Benelux. There is a professional working environment with direct colleagues who are flexible and do not adhere to a strict nine-to-five activity.

Your profile

You are a professional with the ambition to win. You can translate client needs to requirements and vice versa. You have an IT-oriented background and have proven Excel, Power BI and Phyton skills. You should be able to perform data analysis with Excel, Power BI and Phython, including data manipulation with Pandas, data cleaning and preprocessing, data visualization, creating charts, using slicers, and Power BI maps.

You have an academic work level and know a bit about financial markets. In addition, you have good communication skills and like to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
