Join Medtronic as a Supply Chain Analyst, where your analytical skills and innovative mindset will directly contribute to delivering life-saving medical technologies around the world. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data to solve complex challenges, and play a key part in ensuring products reach patients when they need them most.

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting supply chain processes to ensure efficient movement of materials and products. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards.
  • Support inventory management and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, global colleagues, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP/ Blue Yonder) for data analysis and process management.
  • Ensure compliance with Medtronic’s quality and regulatory standards.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (internships included).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry is considered an asset, particularly within regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be beneficial for analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
