The role

As our Facilities & Operations Intern, you play a key role in creating a great workplace experience for our 150+ colleagues. You support day-to-day operations, coordinate office logistics and make sure everything from onboarding new hires to team events runs seamlessly. This is a role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Support daily office operations and help maintain an inspiring workspace
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues and internal communication
• Coordinate deliveries, supplies and meeting logistics
• Help plan events, company lunches and office celebrations
• Collaborate with the People and Culture team on internal projects

What we are looking for

• Currently studying in Business, HR or Facility Management (HBO or WO level)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to take initiative
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Available for a minimum of four months, ideally full-time
