Senior Paralegal (Netherlands)

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our Legal team, based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, business-savvy and proactive Senior Paralegal based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. As a member of the Global Legal Team, reporting to the General Counsel, you will support our lawyers across a broad range of legal, governance and compliance activities. The role is focused on enabling the legal team to operate efficiently by taking ownership of contract administration, corporate housekeeping, entity management and other operational legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and legal documentation processes (including template management).
• Coordinate execution, filing and maintenance of contracts and corporate records.
• Support corporate housekeeping for group entities worldwide.
• Coordinate powers of attorney, legalisations, registrations and corporate filings.
• Maintain entity management databases and legal records.
• Support KYC and compliance-related processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports and management updates.
• Support the use of technology and AI tools within the legal function.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
• Act as a key contact for operational and administrative legal matters.

About You

Your Experience and Knowledge

• HBO degree in Law or a related legal qualification, or equivalent experience gained in a paralegal, legal assistant or similar legal support role.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar role.
• Experience within an international law firm is strongly preferred.
• Experience within an international company is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Affinity with AI tools, technology and process improvement.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
