About the role:

As a Business Performance & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in driving transparency, performance, and operational excellence by providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Working closely with operational teams and management, you will combine advanced analytics, forecasting, and project leadership to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support the continued growth of the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making at multiple levels while working in a fast-paced international environment.

About your tasks:

  • Develop complex analyses, forecasts, and performance reports that support management in making informed business decisions.
  • Drive data transparency and data quality initiatives, ensuring reliable reporting and actionable insights across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on increasing efficiency, service levels, quality, and cost performance.
  • Act as a trusted business partner between operational teams and management, translating data into meaningful recommendations and actions.

About you:

  • You bring experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, supply chain, or a comparable analytical environment.
  • You possess strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office products, enabling you to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365 and an interest in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks, is highly valued.
  • You enjoy taking ownership, thrive in dynamic environments, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different functions and management levels.
