Wipro Consulting is seeking a senior leader to build and grow its People & Change consulting business across Western Europe (Benelux, Nordics and Southern Europe). The role focuses on expanding consulting across strategic accounts by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities, while creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth.

The Head of People & Change Consulting for Western Europe is expected to lead the growth agenda, provide thought leadership, and act as a trusted CHRO advisor in business development, transformation, and delivery capacities.

Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Define and evolve Wipro's AI-Powered Future of Work offering, assets, and GTM strategy.
  • Drive market-facing thought leadership on AI-driven workforce transformation, future of skills, and hybrid workplace redesign.
  • Engage with CHROs, CIOs, COOs, and Chief Innovation/Digital Officers to shape AI-led workforce strategies.

Client Advisory & Transformation Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end client transformation engagements focused on AI Readiness, Operating Model redesign, Workforce Planning, and EX personalisation.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level diagnostics, roadmaps, and TOM blueprints.
  • Champion the integration of AI-human collaboration models, skills-based structures, and future work patterns.

Offer Development & Capability Building

  • Build and scale internal capabilities including consulting frameworks, accelerators, and reusable tools.
  • Collaborate with other Wipro service lines to integrate AI-led Future of Work consulting services as part of large, transformation-led opportunities.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing consulting team aligned to Future of Work capabilities.

Who we are looking for

Develop Business, Sell & Deliver

  • Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth across the region.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners, and internal organization.
  • Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and capable of driving and leading customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements. Ideally this experience comes from working at a Big4 or tier 1 consulting firm.
  • Bring a self-sufficient approach that is both proactive in driving business development opportunities and effective at creating personal utilization in our ‘sell & deliver’ operating model.
  • Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.

Driving Transformation

  • Proven track record in workforce transformation, operating model redesign, or EX consulting, ideally in AI and digitally integrated environments.
  • Strong experience advising CHROs, CIOs, and COOs on large-scale digital or workforce transformation.
  • Deep understanding of AI's impact on work structures, automation, talent planning, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience in leading and delivering consulting-led, multidisciplinary transformation programs.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of thought leadership in AI, workforce futures, and skills-based organisations.

Talent Management

  • Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
  • Nurturing, developing, and mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders.
  • Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.

Thought Leadership

  • Strong knowledge of the CHRO agenda and experience developing and delivering strategic People & Change initiatives with a significant focus on process, data, and technology.
  • Brings an informed perspective on the key issues facing CHROs across the region and can demonstrate how this has been leveraged collaboratively to develop points of view and propositions.
  • Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the market.
  • Proactively propose solutions and investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, and analyst interactions.
  • Internal content and offerings creator who writes publications, blogs, and whitepapers.
  • Utilizes social media effectively with their digital presence to enhance the Wipro brand presence.
