Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer in Engineering Excellence, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with world-class engineers to design, implement and maintain innovative software solutions that support the mission.

You will work on services, public APIs, internal core processes and logic, as well as integrations between the platform and various systems, among other key initiatives, with a core focus on continuously improving the JET tech landscape.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop scalable enterprise solutions using a variety of technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA specialists, and developers to implement new features and products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring the stability of existing products.
• Document design decisions and architectural approaches.
• Work closely with QA and Support teams to address issues and enhance product quality.
• Provide post-launch application support.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Assist in developing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Create and execute unit and integration tests.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, building ultra-fast APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
• Embrace and drive the adoption of Agentic AI tools and best practices to accelerate development velocity and automate routine engineering tasks.

What will you bring to the table?

• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
• Strong coding skills to maintain and build new services.
• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with databases, such as MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems, like Git.
• Awareness of containerization tools, such as Docker.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, like Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge about Infrastructure/Networking is a big plus.
