NIKE, Inc.チームの一員として、Supply Chain & Distribution領域でBenelux/Nordics市場を支えるポジションです。

The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team moves product around the world with speed and precision. Each year, close to a billion units of footwear, apparel, and equipment reach the right place at the right time. This network spans more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of partners, and over 100,000 retail locations worldwide.

Who We Are Looking For

As the Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Supply Chain) Manager, the candidate starts with the athlete* in mind and translates marketplace needs into operational priorities. The role leads and develops a high-performing senior supply chain team, combining operational expertise with commercial insight to drive growth, service, and execution.

As a strategic partner to the Sales Senior Director, the candidate helps shape and execute plans that connect commercial ambition with operational delivery, ensuring readiness to meet demand and deliver the Nike consumer experience in the moments that matter for our consumers.

What You Will Work On

  • Own end-to-end supply chain execution across your Marketplace Unit—from order planning to delivery—ensuring alignment with Territory Offense priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior supply chain professionals, building a culture rooted in accountability, agility, and continuous growth
  • Align commercial priorities, partner needs, and operational capabilities to enable success during key demand moments (such as seasonal peaks and product launches)
  • Drive supply chain performance management, including:
  • Order book health and execution
  • Service level performance aligned with defined frameworks
  • Operational responsiveness and efficiency
  • Represent supply chain in internal and partner-facing forums, ensuring clear communication of risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Translate marketplace demand into operational actions across planning, logistics, sales, merchandising, and other cross-functional teams
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to align on service expectations and operational improvements
  • Lead data-informed improvement initiatives to enhance service, speed, and efficiency
  • Enable launch readiness and seasonal execution across new accounts and key initiatives
  • Champion continuous improvement, simplification, and service innovation using analytics and automation
  • Contribute to marketplace supply chain strategy by sharing insights and scaling best practices

Who You Will Work With

The role operates in a collaborative, cross-functional EMEA environment, partnering with teams across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Finance, and external marketplace partners.

The candidate reports to the Marketplace Supply Chain Director and is part of our full Marketplace Supply Chain leadership team. You will work closely with your colleagues as part of a full Territory Supply Chain LT and our enabling teams. This role partners closely with the Sales Senior Director to drive marketplace performance.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial roles, with knowledge of partner-driven business models
  • Proven ability to manage and improve end-to-end supply chain performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Experience translating business priorities into clear operational execution
  • Track record of leading and developing teams in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, and transformation
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals including service, inventory, and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly

At Nike, every teammate plays a role. We operate with an athlete’s mindset — working together, embracing our differences, and demanding more of ourselves and each other to drive collective success. Whether you’re building products, platforms, experiences or systems, your work contributes to something bigger: making athlete* dreams real.
