Internship opportunity in the Trade Marketing & Events Department

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located in Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for an intern to join our Trade Marketing & Events Department.

About Yamaha Motor Europe

Yamaha Motor Europe is responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales activities of its products in the European market, including motorcycles and scooters, marine outboard engines, personal watercraft vehicles, boats, 4-wheeled all-terrain and side-by-side vehicles (ATVs/SSVs), lightweight vehicles such as golf cars, personal and commercial vehicles, as well as snowmobiles and generators.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the team in the planning and execution of marketing projects.
• Support Yamaha Motor Distributors in European countries.
• Collaborate with suppliers and agencies.
• Support various projects involving research, data entry, placing orders, and communicating with multiple teams.
• Support with the inventory and shipping coordination of marketing products and materials.
• Support with the creation of bulletins, mock-ups, email campaigns, online promotion, and related materials.
• Support with the preparation and delivery of manuals, presentations, and training materials.
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
• Contribute to benchmarking competitors.
• Carry out other support tasks as assigned.

What do you bring?

• You are enrolled as a student in a Dutch academic institution.
• You are studying Business Administration at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• This internship is part of your course and your university is willing to provide an internship agreement.
• If you are a non-EU student, your university is willing to sign a tri-party agreement.
• You are available for 6 months.
• You are available to come to the office in Schiphol-Rijk 3 times per week.
• You are fluent in English.
