About the role

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs from planning through execution. You ensure that every training session runs smoothly, maintain contact with trainers, participants, and clients, and play a key role in creating an excellent learning experience. Your role as Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, you bring together all aspects of our training deliver, from planning to execution.

You will be involved in:

  • Coordinating in-company trainings, learning journeys, and open-enrollment programs.
  • Preparing training materials, including participant lists, certificates, updates to online learning platforms, and evaluation processing.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for trainers and participants.
  • Creating efficient training schedules in collaboration with clients and the planning team.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing international clients.
  • Hosting and closing training sessions at our office.

You ensure that every training runs smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

  • You are highly organized and structured in your way of working.
  • You have a proactive mindset and can maintain overview and priorities, even during busy periods.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant, and energized by solving challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • You are service-oriented, collaborative, and and skilled at setting priorities.
  • You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.

What are we asking?

  • You have HBO-level working and thinking skills.
  • You have experience in hospitality, event management, training coordination, or a comparable role.
  • Experience working with trainings, learning programs, or educational events is considered a strong advantage.
  • You are based in or around Amsterdam (approximately within 30 minutes travel time).
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • You are available to work during regular office hours, typically 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.
