How will you turn complex data into insights that help Rabobank make better decisions while accelerating your own development?

As Customer Excellence Analyst, you will combine technical analysis, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning in a role focused on turning complex data into understandable insights. You will become part of a team that combines model monitoring, customer excellence and business impact analysis. You will help monitor the core models used within the credit risk domain, including IRB, IFRS9 and EW models, perform analyses, improve data quality and support decision-making across the organisation. At the same time, you will build relationships with internal stakeholders and learn how technical insights translate into business value. You will work alongside experienced colleagues with both technical and business backgrounds, giving you the opportunity to learn from multiple perspectives and develop your own expertise.

“Being part of Customer Excellence means combining technical analysis, curiosity and collaboration every day while helping Rabobank make better data-driven decisions.”

Gokulram Krishnamurthy, Product owner.

As part of this role, you will join a team that focuses on customer excellence, model monitoring and business impact analysis. Alongside your work, you will participate in the Rabobank Data Analytics Early Career Program and develop both technical and personal skills.

In short

  • Monitor and analyse model performance using statistical tests and data-driven insights.
  • Provide capital impact and business impact analyses for different business initiatives through model lifecycle.
  • Dive into large datasets, assess data quality and translate findings into practical recommendations.

You and your future

You will work on your career by helping teams understand, monitor and improve data-driven models that support important business decisions. You will collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds, combine technical analysis with stakeholder interaction, and learn how a large international bank operates. After completing the programme, you will have built a strong foundation in analytics, business impact assessment and stakeholder management.

Your growth in the Data Analytics Early Career Program

At Rabobank, we believe real growth comes from doing, celebrating successes and learning from the moments that could have gone differently. That is why we offer you the perfect balance between freedom and guidance. The Data Analytics Early Career Program is all about your development. You will intentionally invest in discovering who you are, what drives you, and how you want to grow as a professional. You will be challenged to step outside your comfort zone and explore where your strengths truly lie, sometimes in places you did not expect yourself. Through these experiences, you will learn where you can make the greatest impact.

Every Friday, we come together at the office with the Data Analytics community. In an open and informal environment, we share knowledge, experiences and insights, and learn with and from each other. From day one, you will build a strong and valuable network that will benefit you throughout your career. Throughout the entire programme, you can count on intensive support from experienced colleagues. Whether you want to specialise in a specific field or explore what energises you most, your growth always comes first.

You and your talent

  • A Masters’ degree and hands on experience with coding, such as Python, SQL or similar programming languages.

  • Affinity with analytics, statistical testing and model monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly.
