About the role

Delivering 5-star café-quality experiences to consumers around the world requires more than exceptional products—it requires compelling stories that bring innovation to life.

As User Experience Researcher – Claims & Demonstration, you will translate product innovations and consumer insights into credible, compelling product claims and engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of our products.

Operating at the intersection of User Experience Research (UXR), Product Management, and R&D, you will define, validate, and articulate product attributes and consumer benefits to ensure they resonate with target audiences. Going beyond traditional user experience research, this role focuses on developing evidence-based consumer claims and impactful product demonstrations that strengthen product positioning and drive market success.

The impact you’ll make

  • Contribute to the definition of user and consumer requirements to inform product development.
  • Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research to generate actionable insights.
  • Translate technical product features and innovations into clear, compelling, and consumer-relevant claims.
  • Develop and maintain product claim strategies across coffee product categories, ensuring consistency and differentiation.
  • Ensure all product claims are evidence-based by defining and executing robust substantiation strategies through technical verification and/or external consumer validation.
  • Lead the development of impactful product demonstrations that clearly communicate key consumer benefits to internal and external audiences.
  • Design scalable product demonstration concepts, best practices, and guidelines to enable consistent execution across teams and markets.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience Research, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, Product Development, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product features and innovations into clear, compelling consumer benefits and value propositions.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, user experience principles, and consumer-centered product development.
  • Experience developing consumer claims, value propositions, or product messaging supported by consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Legal, and Consumer Research.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work from the office at least three days per week.

Preferred

  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably within coffee or the broader food and beverage sector.
