These projects can relate to different goals, including increasing turnover, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction, or improving risk management.

Job description

As a Senior Consultant, you perform complex analyses, identify important issues, and create relevant solutions and action plans.

You also manage relevant methodological concepts and tools and implement them within the client’s organization. If there are commercial opportunities within your expertise, you identify and develop these together with the team.

With several years of consulting experience, you take initiative and are comfortable guiding other consultants on your team in achieving deliverables and supporting personal development. By providing internal and external training, you share the knowledge you have gained over the years.

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry.
• You speak Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills. French is considered a plus.
• You have strong knowledge of financial sector products, trends, and processes at a strategic or operational level.
• You are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you are excited about helping clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• You like working in a team, but you are also capable of excelling independently and are not afraid to share your thoughts.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
