Office Assistant (Student / On-Call)

Are you an early bird, service-minded, and looking for a fun and flexible side job in the heart of Amsterdam? Join the Hypersolid team as an Office Assistant!

You’ll support our Office Manager in keeping things running smoothly at the office. From opening the doors in the morning and setting up lunch, to restocking supplies and helping out during events: you’re the sidekick who helps create a great work environment every day.

What you’ll do

• Open the office between 08:00 and 08:15 AM (on fixed days or as a fill-in)
• Check and restock office supplies: groceries, coffee, office materials
• Help set up and clean up lunch
• Take care of small tasks to keep the office tidy and organized
• Support internal events and team gatherings (e.g. hosting, serving drinks, cleanup)
• Optionally help with light admin or logistical tasks (depending on your interests)

What we need

• You’re currently studying and looking for a flexible job
• You’re available in the mornings (from 08:00 AM), either regularly or on call
• You’re reliable, proactive, and hands-on
• You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy working in a creative, international environment
• You speak Dutch well and are comfortable in English
